"RAQ 2 ATL 2 NY"

TREATMENT

BY DIRECTOR TODD UNO

"RAQ 2 ATL 2 NY" is a gritty, high-energy visual rooted in street pride and raw performance. The entire video takes place in a massive warehouse — broken down into three solo zones for Sugarhill Ddot (Harlem), Baby Chief Do (Chicago), and Baby Kia (Atlanta). Each section is styled with graffiti, lighting, and props that rep their city in a raw, underground way.

The video is grounded with real b-roll footage shot in each artist’s hometown. The director will travel to NY & Chicago,  to capture city signs, streets, and authentic moments with each artist in their element — giving the visual both cinematic power and documentary-style realism.

It all builds to a master performance scene where all three artists link up in the same warehouse, backed by their own crews. Fire, smoke, chaos, and energy. It feels like a street cypher on steroids — Harlem, Chicago, and ATL coming together in one raw moment.

SOLO PERFORMANCE SCENES
RAW WAREHOUSE VIBES

Each artist gets their own zone inside one big warehouse. No LED screens — just graffiti, lighting, and raw set design that reps their city in a bold, minimal way.

  • SUGARHILL DDOT (Harlem, NY):
Blue/purple lighting. “NY” and “Harlem” tags on the walls. Crates, boombox, and a subway sign leaning in the back. Ddot posts up with his crew, real uptown energy.

  • BABY CHIEF DO (Chicago, IL):
Red lighting. “CHI” graff, barbed wire fencing, and a broken hoop. Fog rolling in. Chief Do stands solo, stone-faced, drill energy heavy.

  • BABY KIA (Atlanta, GA):
Gold/orange lighting. “ATL” tags, peach graffiti, trap-style props like double cups and a low bike. Kia surrounded by dancers or homegirls, lit and confident.

MASTER PERFORMANCE SCENE
(ALL ARTISTS)

  • Setting: Wide open warehouse space.

  • Visuals: “RAQ 2 ATL 2 NY” graffiti across the back wall. Flames shoot up. Thick smoke, sparks flying. Each artist surrounded by their own crew — real friends from their city. Crowd jumping, throwing signs, wild energy everywhere.

  • Energy: Feels like a raw street cypher. Everyone feeding off each other. 360 camera spins, handheld movement, chaos and unity at the same time. All three cities in the building.
