SEED FUNDING PROPOSAL
We are currently seeking $35,000–$50,000 in seed capital to scale and prepare our platform, MÄKSĒ Presents: 4th Quarter TV, for wide-scale distribution. This initial round will allow us to complete app development, build essential infrastructure, and conduct a soft launch to gather user feedback, validate performance, and position ourselves to attract larger investors and brand sponsors for our full pilot rollout.
Seed funding will be allocated to:
-
Finalizing the OTT streaming app
-
Infrastructure setup for local county broadcast partners
-
Marketing and community activation for pilot counties
-
Legal, compliance, and onboarding systems for schools
-
Soft launch execution and analytics
Return & Equity Structure:
We’re offering flexible investor-friendly terms:
All seed funding will be paid back from any new investments, sponsorships, or platform revenue—plus agreed-upon interest. If the investment is not repaid in full within 12 months, we will begin monthly payments structured around platform earnings to repay principal and interest.
In exchange for early belief in the vision, seed investors will retain 7.5% equity in the platform—solidifying your stake in its long-term growth and success.
