TREATMENT
Key Glock’s "Concept 2" music video will be a cinematic creative mash-up between Lupin (The Gentleman Thief) and Ocean’s 8, set against the backdrop of a glamorous, Met Gala-style jewelry auction. Suggested guest appearances include Obba Babatundé (confirmed) as the auctioneer and Idris Elba (depending on availability) as the decoy.
We open the video with an overhead drone shot of an older, repurposed ice cream truck or box truck moving through the city. We cut inside to reveal three women — our leading lady and her two accomplices — on their way to the auction for a high-stakes heist. The leading lady scrambles to fix her makeup and finalize her outfit, making sure everything is packed and ready before they arrive. In a quick exchange of dialogue, the women share a moment, laughing and examining the fake necklace they plan to swap for the real one. Before they reach their destination, the leading lady sends a text: "we otw baby." We fade to black.
As the music kicks in, we cut to a drone shot gliding over an empty LA street. A sleek, black late-model foreign sports car cruises through the city. Through a series of stylish insert shots — the glint of the wheels, the sun hitting the windows — we reveal Key Glock driving, dressed sharp as hell, fully suited up for the Met Gala-style jewelry auction. He rides smooth and confident, performing the hook, setting the tone for a night of luxury, deception, and high-stakes execution.
We show stylish insert shots of the women arriving at the event disguised as food service staff, pushing a large draped food cart through the side entrance. Hidden beneath the folds of the draped cart, we catch a glimpse of a dress bag and a pair of heels tucked carefully away.
Moving with purpose, the crew blends into the background of the bustling gala. As they step inside, the leading lady subtly separates from the group, steering the cart down one hallway while her two accomplices peel off in another direction, each moving toward their role in the heist.
1st verse
we cut to Key Glock pulling up and making his way into the lavish auction affair. Outside, the scene is a showcase of the best — exotic cars lined up, tailored suits, bold dresses, and gowns that make unforgettable statements.
Inside, we reveal our leading lady, now transformed in a stunning, high-fashion gown as she enters the event. She spots Key Glock, and he notices her, but they walk past each other without any acknowledgment, blending seamlessly into the crowd. As they cross paths, we cut to a close-up: a smooth, discreet hand exchange — the replica necklace quietly passed between them, setting the next phase of the heist into motion.
2nd verse
The Bidding Begins
We see Key Glock confidently outbidding a clearly wealthy older white man, who sits vexed and confused next to his wife, struggling to hide his frustration. The energy in the room shifts as murmurs ripple through the crowd — Key Glock’s win is bold and unexpected. As the video proceeds, we follow him being escorted to claim his winnings. Moving through the glamorous crowd, he’s flanked by the auctioneer (Obba Babatundé), a sharply dressed facility manager — our decoy played by Idris Elba — and two armed guards. The setup looks official and flawless on the surface, but tension hums underneath as the heist inches closer to its critical moment.

As the scene progresses, we see the two female accomplices slip into the facility’s control room. They quickly overpower the guard inside, knocking him out and shutting down the security cameras. Meanwhile, our leading lady quietly disappears into the bathroom, where she triggers the fire alarm, setting off a wave of panic and confusion throughout the event. Guests begin to rush for the exits, causing chaos in the once-glamorous setting.
At the same moment, as the auctioneer pulls out the necklace for Key Glock to officially claim, the fire alarm blares. Seizing the moment, the decoy — played by Idris Elba — stages a scuffle with Key Glock. In the struggle, the necklace appears to fall to the floor. The guards immediately rush to recover it, while others chase after the decoy. In the confusion, Key Glock calmly reveals that he still has the necklace in hand and assures them he is unharmed. But what no one realizes — the switch has already been made. The necklace he holds is the replica. The real one is already gone.
Thinking everything is under control, the guards secure the fake necklace back into the safe as the auction house continues its frantic evacuation. We then cut to a lavish mansion high in the Los Angeles hills. In a stunning wide shot, the city lights glow below. Inside, we see a close-up of a laptop screen displaying an offshore account with over $300 million deposited. The celebration is in full swing — champagne flows, cigars are lit, and the crew revels in the success of the heist. Key Glock, relaxed and victorious, pulls his leading lady to the side, performing to her with a smooth, intimate energy, closing the video on a note of triumph and style.
