JADE ARMANII:
“Lemon Pepper Stepper”

CONCEPT OVERVIEW
“Lemon Pepper Stepper” is a high-energy, ATL-coded performance video that blends youthful rebellion, real-life culture, and bold fantasy performance moments.
The video opens in hallway of school, & we see Jadearmanii and her girls sneaking out of school — playful, confident, moving like they’ve got somewhere better to be. It’s late afternoon. Golden hour light. The energy feels spontaneous and alive.
They pull up to a classic Atlanta wing shack — the real destination. Laughing, hyped, and hungry — literally and figuratively.
As they order lemon pepper wings, the beat begins to build. When the live band elements in the song hit, the world transforms. The parking lot expands into a stylized fantasy: a pocket-sized marching band appears, Jadearmanii steps into her alter-ego as the lead majorette, and the space becomes a bold ATL parade moment.
By the end, the fantasy collapses just as quickly as it began. We snap back to reality — the girls at the window, grabbing their wings, laughing like nothing happened.
It’s fun. It’s confident. It’s Atlanta.

Overview
Location:
Classic ATL wing spot (no permits needed if we keep it guerrilla and simple or use a similar independent location).
The Look:
Authentic.
Neon signs.
Menu board.
Slightly gritty but colorful.
Intro:
OPENING SCENE – SNEAKING OUT
We open on a high school hallway — late afternoon. The bell rings. Students flood the hallway.
Jadearmanii and her girls exchange a look. No dialogue. Just energy. One of them peeks down the hall. They slip out a side door.
Cut to them speed-walking across the school parking lot:
laughing, hyped. The instrumental starts low under natural sound.
They hop into a Jeep
SCENE 2:
Jadearmanii and her crew walk up to the window. They’re playful, hyped. Talking trash. Laughing.
Dialogue moments
(natural, improvised):
Jade: “Let me get 30 piece Lemon, pepper extra wet.”
GIRL 2: “Extra sprinkle.”
Jade: “Don’t play with Her.”
(They Slap 5)
Camera is handheld — energetic, slightly documentary-style. Before the cashier repeats the order, the instrumental begins to shift. The receipt starts printing. INSERT: Receipt tearing — TITLE SLATE: “LEMON PEPPER STEPPER.” We push in on the cashier’s eyes — and transition. The bass drops. We punch into a stylized fantasy. The parking lot subtly transforms. Lighting heightens. Saturation increases. The asphalt becomes their stage.
PROJECTS
TRANSITION TO FANTASY WORLD
SCENE 3:
Visual Concept
Instead of a full marching band, we create a compact, high-impact version
-
5–7 band members (snare, bass drum, trumpet, trombone)
-
4–6 majorette dancers (her friends)
The world feels elevated but achievable within budget.
Performance & Choreography
-
Band hits synchronized to the hook
-
Call-and-response energy with dancers
-
Confident, commanding center formation
SCENE 2 PRODUCTION FLOW
LOOK 1
TABLE ENERGY
(REAL-WORLD PERFORMANCE)
Setting:
Outdoor table at the wing shack.
Jadearmanii sitting with her girls.
This is a relaxed but confident performance. She’s rapping directly to camera while eating wings, talking, laughing, vibing.
Performance Style:
-
Subtle shoulder moves
-
Finger-point delivery to camera
-
Girls hyping her up
-
Sauce on fingers, napkins, real ATL energy
Camera stays handheld and close — intimate and playful.
This grounds the video in authenticity.
Wardrobe Direction: High-top sneakers (clean, bold colorway) Fitted shorts or mini skirt Graphic tee or cropped top Bubble crop jacket (lightweight puffer, slightly oversized) Statement sunglasses (pink lens or gold frame)
Color Palette: Pink Gold Soft yellow Cream / white base pieces The bubble crop jacket gives it that late-winter feel without looking heavy. High-tops keep it street and youthful. This look feels natural — like she really pulled up to get wings
LOOK 2
FRONT OF THE WING SHACK (HYPE PERFORMANCE)
Vibe:
High-energy. Street performance.
Now she’s standing in front of the wing shack window.
Her dancers are behind her, hitting choreography while she performs full out to camera.
-
Formation-based choreography.
-
Hard ATL stepping.
-
Call-and-response moments.
-
Performance directly into lens.
This is the first big visual lift.
Same location — just framed tighter and staged intentionally to feel larger.
Wardrobe Direction:
Options:
-
Remove the jacket to reveal a stronger performance top underneath
OR
-
Swap into a more fitted cropped jacket with more structure
Still keep:
-
High-top sneakers
-
Pink / gold accents
-
Bold glam (gloss, highlight, lashes)
We can tighten the silhouette here so choreography reads better.
This look should feel:
Confident. Playful. Dominant.
LOOK 3
THE MARCHING BAND WORLD (FANTASY PERFORMANCE)
Transition:
We are no longer directly in front of the wing shack.
Now we’re farther out in the parking lot — open space, no storefront visible. This creates a clear visual shift and makes the world feel bigger.
Lighting is heightened. Colors are richer. Light haze in the air. The asphalt becomes a full performance stage.
They’re spaced wide to feel larger than they are.
Artist Transformation
Jadearmanii becomes the Lead Majorette.
Wardrobe:
-
Gold/yellow / Pink accents (lemon pepper theme)
-
Cropped band jacket
-
Performance boots
-
Hair styled for dramatic movement
Performance Energy
-
Baton feature moment
-
Hard stepping choreography
-
Band hits timed to the hook
-
Strong center formation
-
Low camera angles to scale everything up
This section feels cinematic and elevated — clearly separate from the wing shack world — and visually delivers on the band energy heard in the song.

SCENE 4:
CUT BACK TO REALITY
Hook finishes.
Hard snap back to the wing window.
The music cuts completely — abrupt silence.
Cashier: “$32.47.”
They grab the bag. Lemon pepper grease stains the paper.
Jadearmanii does a subtle step move as she walks off.
One dancer says:
“You always doin’ the most.”
Jade smiles:
“I don’t do enough.”
As they They walk off —
The music slams back in hard.
We roll 15–20 seconds of high-energy B-roll:
-
Quick flashes of the marching band
-
Majorettes stepping in slow motion
-
Drum hits
-
Sauce being tossed on wings
-
The cashier at the window
-
Music fades out.
Cut to black.
